Buckhead Restaurant Week: Try some of Buckhead’s best and favorite restaurants’ signature menus for $15, $25/$35. Be sure to let your waiter know ahead of time not to bring the wine if it’s included. Ask for the glasses to be removed from the table or try sipping a refreshing glass of sparkling water with lemon or lime.

Georgia Renaissance Festival: “To be or not to be, that is the question!” The Renaissance Festival offers all day fun: food, games, entertainment. Get dressed up or enjoy people watching everyone who braved a costume.

Jeff Foxworthy: In the need for some laughs? Yuck it up with Jeff Foxworthy and his highly popular, rarely appropriate comedy show.

Atlanta Streets Alive: Jump on a bike and get moving! We know how important exercise is when in a recovery program. This year, the West End route is even more expansive and interactive. Join the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition and travel the 3.5 mile loop that connects three neighborhoods and opens the streets for everyone to bike, walk, skate, etc.

Earth Week: Campfire, Reptile Program, and Night Hike: Getting out into nature can do wonders for those in recovery. What better way to celebrate Earth Week then to spend time near the Chattahoochee River. Enjoy campfires, guided hikes, the stars, and more at the Chattahoochee River Environmental Education Center.

Brookwood Hills Tour of Homes: This biennial event showcases some of the neighborhood’s most beautiful and architecturally significant homes. Tickets are $35/$40 – all proceeds benefit Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
