Cindy Smith – Nursing Team
Cindy Smith, RN has been with ExecuCare since 2008. Her career path has been diverse, working as a staff nurse/charge nurse in the ICU/CCU at Columbia Southwest Hospital in Kentucky, and as a staff nurse in the Emergency Department at Floyd Memorial Hospital in Indiana and Norton Hospital in Kentucky.
As an RN with the Kentucky Regional Poison Center of Kosair Children’s Hospital, Cindy became certified as a specialist in poison information by the American Association of Poison Control. She also worked as a staff nurse for the Ask a Nurse Program of Saint Joseph Hospital (Kentucky).
