“From day 1 to day 10 is a total turnaround. Before I came, I could not quit taking pills. No matter what I tried, it seemed that my addiction was in complete control. It was all I ever thought about anymore. I found out about amino acid therapy through my therapist and in one way it seemed too good to be true. But once I made the decision, I couldn’t get here fast enough. Somehow I had exactly the amount of money needed for treatment. I came clean with my family and headed for treatment. Ten days later I look back on it being very well worth a little discomfort. I got my life back. I feel joy again. I have hope and feel clean and pure. I can handle the stress that may come my way tomorrow because my mind has clarity and that’s a beautiful feeling.
